▶Is Room only for students?

No. Students unlock unlimited Room on Starter. Admins, writers, designers, and anyone else get 3 free Room sessions on Starter, then Pro for unlimited Room.

▶Do I have to record audio?

No. Start Room without a microphone and capture notes, photos, files, and links only. Add audio when you want a recording.

▶Can I share a session with the team?

Generate share links for specific items (Pro+). Team libraries are on the roadmap.
